Synac R Tablet is used to reduce pain and swelling in conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical substances that cause pain and inflammation. Besides this, it also reduces acidity. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as indigestion, stomach pain, constipation, dizziness, nausea, and diarrhoea. Dizziness
