Tellzy ACh-40/5/12.5 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It widens blood vessels and increases blood flow, further improving the oxygen delivery to the heart tissue. Also, it decreases the amount of blood the heart pumps (cardiac output) and reduces body fluids outside the cells. It lowers blood pressure and increases blood flow by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels. It may cause side effects such as sleepiness, taste changes, ankle swelling, headache, flushing (feeling warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dizziness, tiredness, irregular heartbeat, and upset stomach. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
