Tenocruz AF 25 mg Tablet 3 is used to treat HIV infection and chronic hepatitis B. It contains Tenofovir disoproxil, which works by interfering with the normal working of enzymes (reverse transcriptase in HIV and DNA polymerase in HBV) that are essential for the production of viruses. It may cause common side effects such as diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, bloating, flatulence, weakness, dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, and fatigue. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
