यदि आप टेनोहेप टैबलेट 10's लेने के 1 घंटे के भीतर उल्टी करते हैं, तो दूसरी गोली लें। हालाँकि, यदि आप टेनोहेप टैबलेट 10's लेने के एक घंटे से अधिक समय बाद उल्टी करते हैं, तो आपको दूसरी गोली लेने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। यदि आप टेनोहेप टैबलेट 10's लेने पर हर बार उल्टी का अनुभव करते हैं या यदि उल्टी लंबी अवधि तक बनी रहती है, तो अपने डॉक्टर से परामर्श करें।

यदि आप अपने सामान्य खुराक के समय के 12 घंटों के भीतर टेनोहेप टैबलेट 10's लेना भूल जाते हैं, तो आपको इसे जल्द से जल्द भोजन के साथ लेना चाहिए और सामान्य खुराक कार्यक्रम पर वापस जाना चाहिए। यदि आप टेनोहेप टैबलेट 10's की एक खुराक 12 घंटे से अधिक समय तक लेना भूल जाते हैं और आपकी अगली खुराक का समय लगभग हो गया है, तो आपको छूटी हुई खुराक को छोड़ देना चाहिए और नियमित खुराक कार्यक्रम को फिर से शुरू करना चाहिए।

टेनोहेप टैबलेट 10's के दुष्प्रभावों में मतली, दस्त, द rash, कमजोरी और पेट दर्द शामिल हैं। यदि इनमें से कोई भी दुष्प्रभाव बना रहता है या बिगड़ जाता है, तो कृपया अपने डॉक्टर से परामर्श करें।
