Tenohep Tablet is used to treat HIV infection and chronic hepatitis B. It contains Tenofovir disoproxil, which works by interfering with the normal working of enzymes (reverse transcriptase in HIV and DNA polymerase in HBV) that are essential for the production of viruses.
