Thrombobak 20G Oint is used in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis (inflammation of a vein near the surface of the skin). It contains Heparin and Benzyl nicotinate, which dissolve the blood clots and also prevent the formation of new blood clots. It can increase the blood flow to the affected area, thereby reducing the pain and inflammation. It may cause common side effects such as skin irritation, redness, burning sensation, and itching. Before starting this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
