Topaz-25 Tablet is an anticonvulsant medication primarily used in the treatment of epilepsy (seizures/fits). It is also used in the prevention of migraine. It contains Topiramate, which works by controlling the electrical activity of the brain. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, loss of appetite, nausea, tiredness, confusion, cognitive impairment, fever, flushing, and tingling of the legs and arms.
