Antibiotic medicines (Trimethoprim, Sulfadiazine)
• Potential effect: May reduce the blood levels and effectiveness of Abound Plus Capsule and increase the risk and severity of side effects.
Anticancer medicines (Capecitabine, Fluorouracil)
• Potential effect: May increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anaemia, and nerve damage.
Cholesterol-lowering medicine (Colestyramine)
• Potential effect: May interfere with the absorption of Abound Plus Capsule and reduce its effectiveness.
Fits medicine (Carbamazepine)
• Potential effect: May lower the blood levels of Abound Plus Capsule and reduce its therapeutic effect.

Drug-Food Interaction:

Alcohol: Avoid alcohol while using Abound Plus Capsule , as it may reduce nutrient absorption and limit the medicine’s effectiveness.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Abound Plus Capsule with Capecitabine, you can use these medicines together if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience paleness of skin, diarrhea, mouth ulcers or sores, burning or tingling sensation in the hands and feet, contact a doctor. Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.
