  1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the sanitary pad.
  2. Unwrap the pad from its individual disposable protective pouch.
  3. Peel off the long adhesive backing strip from the center of the pad.
  4. Press the sticky side firmly against the inner center of your underwear.
  5. Peel the small paper tabs off the side wings.
  6. Fold the wings outward and wrap them tightly under the sides of your underwear to secure the pad in place.
