How to use Stayfree XL sanitary pads:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the sanitary napkin.
2. Remove the pad from its individual outer wrapper and unfold it.
3. Peel off the long release paper from the back of the pad to expose the central adhesive.
4. Press the sticky side firmly onto the center of your underwear.
5. Peel the release paper from the wings, fold them tightly around the sides of your underwear, and press them into place.
6. Disposal: After use, roll the pad up, wrap it in the outer wrapper or toilet paper, and discard it in a designated dustbin. Do not flush.
