Follow these steps for optimal period protection and hygiene:

 

  1. Wash Hands: Always wash your hands with soap and water before handling feminine care products.
  2. Unwrap the Pad: Remove the pad from its individual outer wrapper. (Keep the wrapper for disposal later).
  3. Peel the Backing: Peel off the long adhesive paper strip from the back of the sanitary napkin.
  4. Place the Pad: Press the sticky side of the pad firmly onto the centre of your underwear crotch.
  5. Secure the Wings: Peel the paper off the wings, fold them tightly around the sides of your underwear, and press them into place.
  6. Dispose Properly: To dispose of, roll the used pad securely, wrap it in paper (or the wrapper of your new pad), and throw it in a dustbin.
