Im using dexolac for my babies he was vomiting and diarrhea next time using lactogen same situation occurred again I'm using the lactogen severe vomiting fever and diarrhea I'm working women which one best for my 6 months baby

Neither Dexolac nor Lactogen is universally better for all babies. In a 6-month-old baby, vomiting, diarrhoea, and fever after using both formulas are more likely due to illness, such as viral gastroenteritis, feeding issues (e.g., incorrect dilution or feeding method), or temporary milk intolerance, rather than the brand itself. Most standard infant formulas have similar basic nutrition, so frequent switching can sometimes worsen stomach upset. The priority is to avoid further changes without medical advice and to obtain a pediatric review to assess for dehydration, infection, or possible lactose or milk protein sensitivity. A doctor may then decide if your baby needs a standard formula, lactose-reduced formula, or hydrolysed formula based on examination. Until then, give small, frequent feeds, maintain hydration with ORS if diarrhoea is present, and seek urgent care if fever persists, vomiting persists, or the baby shows signs such as reduced urine output, sleepiness, or poor feeding.

First time I am using this product to my baby..she is a preterm baby after consuming for the first time she has been vommited whether I can continue this or not?
