Triphala is made from three fruits, Amla, Baheda, and Haritaki, which are dried and ground into powder. Because of this, it is normal to feel slight grittiness or a soil-like texture when mixed with water. This usually comes from the natural coarse particles of the fruits, not from contamination. However, if the powder has an unusual taste, smell, or visible impurities, it is safer to stop using it and contact the seller or manufacturer.
