Directions for Use

Follow these instructions meticulously to ensure your baby receives a safe, hygienic, and nutritious meal.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the baby's food.
Boil the feeding bowl and spoon in water for 5 minutes to eliminate any bacteria.
Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool to a lukewarm temperature.
Pour exactly 75ml of the lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bowl.
Add exactly 3 level scoops (approx. 25g) of Cerelac Wheat Apple powder.
Stir the mixture continuously until it forms a smooth, lump-free consistency. Feed immediately.

Dosage: For a 6-month-old, 1–2 servings per day are recommended alongside breast milk.

Pro Tip: Do not use milk to prepare this cereal, as the powder already contains sufficient milk solids. Using milk may overload the infant’s kidneys with excess protein and minerals.

Safety Information

Mother's Milk is best for your Baby. Infant food shall be introduced only after the age of 6 months and up to the age of 2 years. Infant food should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.
Contains Wheat (Gluten) and Milk (Lactose). Do not consume if your child has a diagnosed gluten intolerance, celiac disease, or lactose intolerance.
After opening, immediately transfer the contents into an empty, clean, and dry airtight container. Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place.
Consume the transferred contents within 3 weeks of opening the foil pouch or before the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
Microbial growth occurs rapidly in mixed cereal. Always discard any uneaten portion immediately after feeding; never save it for later.
