Have sciatic nerve pain starting from hip to right leg ca
Dr Bayyarapu Kumar
M Pharmacy
This type of pain is often due to irritation of the sciatic nerve, which can happen from muscle strain or a disc pressing on the nerve in the lower back. You can try a warm compress on the lower back, gentle stretching exercises, and avoid prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, or sudden bending. For pain relief, you may take Paracetamol or Ibuprofen if these medicines are safe for you. If the pain is very severe, does not improve within 1–2 weeks, or if you notice numbness, weakness, or difficulty controlling urine or stool, you should see a doctor immediately, as these are warning signs. A doctor may suggest physiotherapy or further tests if needed.
