PediaSure is formulated with 37 nutrients to support healthy growth and development in children. Directions for Use

Product can be prepared by mixing powder with milk or drinking water. Mix 3 tablespoons approximately 27.3g powder in 130 ml of milk OR Mix 5 tablespoons approximately 45.5g of powder in 190 ml of water
