  2. Peel: Peel off the long central release paper from the back of the pad to expose the adhesive.

  4. Secure Wings: Peel the release paper off the wings, fold them tightly under the sides of your underwear, and press them down.
  5. Dispose: To dispose, roll up the used pad securely, wrap it in the disposable pouch of your new pad or toilet paper, and throw it in a designated dustbin.
