People who are allergic to Moxilong-0.2 Tablet or have heart function insufficiency, slow heart rate (below 50 beats/minute at rest) or change in the rate of the heartbeat (called sick-sinus syndrome or second or third degree AV-block) or an abnormal heart rhythm should avoid taking Moxilong-0.2 Tablet .
Symptoms of Moxilong-0.2 Tablet overdose include fall in blood pressure, feeling sleepy, headache, feeling dizzy, slow heart rate and unusual weakness. The other symptoms can be being sick, dry mouth, feeling tired, and stomach pain. In case of overdose contact your doctor or go to nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
You can take atenolol with Moxilong-0.2 Tablet . However, consult your doctor before taking other medicines with Moxilong-0.2 Tablet . Additionally, stop taking atenolol few days before you stop Moxilong-0.2 Tablet as stopping both treatments at the same time could result in an increased blood pressure.
Sleep disturbance is a common side effect of Moxilong-0.2 Tablet . This is usually mild and settles down soon. Contact your doctor if this side effect persist or worry you.
