Vodamox T Eye Drop contains two antibiotics, namely: Tobramycin and Moxifloxacin, used to treat bacterial eye infections. Tobramycin inhibits the production of essential proteins necessary for bacteria to grow, multiply and increase in numbers. Thus, destroys bacteria. Moxifloxacin inhibits DNA gyrase (bacterial enzyme) involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thus, kills bacteria and clears the infection.
