About Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's

Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's is used in the treatment of depression, biliary cholangitis (an autoimmune disease of the liver), liver diseases caused by cystic fibrosis, and to reduce pain and swelling in the joints. It is also used to treat liver disease during pregnancy and improve symptoms in people with fibromyalgia.

Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's contains Ademetionine, a naturally occurring substance, produced from methionine (amino acid). Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's ensures sufficient levels of glutathione in the liver are maintained to minimize liver damage. It stimulates the production of cartilage, reduces inflammatory mediators, and has analgesic properties.

In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, nausea, dizziness, and insomnia. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

Take Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's only as prescribed by the physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. If you suspect you have taken an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

Drug Warnings

Do not take Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's if you are allergic to any of its contents
Do not use Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's if you have used an MAO inhibitor (antidepressant) in the past 14 days, as a dangerous drug interaction could occur.
Let your doctor know if you have any conditions like inflammation of gall bladder and bile ducts, narrowing or blockage of bile ducts, biliary colic, calcified gallstones, improper constriction of the gallbladder, gastric or duodenal ulcer, heart disease, seizure disorders, bone marrow suppression, diabetes, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, acute alcohol intoxication, glaucoma, thyroid problems, or kidney and liver problems.
Do not take Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by your doctor.
Adefresh-400 Tablet 15's can be given to children with caution if recommended by the doctor.
