Your doctor may prescribe Alermist-F Nasal Spray to help manage the following conditions:

• Allergic Rhinitis (Seasonal and Perennial): Alermist-F Nasal Spray helps by reducing swelling, irritation, and mucus production in the nasal passages, providing relief from sneezing, congestion, and a runny nose caused by outdoor or indoor allergens.
• Nasal Polyps: Alermist-F Nasal Spray helps by decreasing the size of small, non-cancerous growths on the lining of your nasal passages, which helps clear blockages and improves your breathing.

When used as directed as part of your treatment plan, this medicine may provide the following benefits:

• Targeted Local Relief: This nasal spray provides targeted, localised relief directly inside your nasal passages where your allergy symptoms start.
• Low Risk of Drowsiness: Because the medicine works locally inside the nose, very little of it enters the rest of your body, meaning it is highly unlikely to cause the drowsiness often associated with oral allergy tablets.
• Controls Inflammation for Lasting Relief: Using the spray consistently helps control the underlying inflammation in your nasal lining. This leads to clearer breathing throughout the day and night, helping you sleep better and perform your daily tasks without the constant distraction of allergy symptoms.

• It is usually used once daily; however, follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication for effective results.
• Insert the tip of the bottle into a nostril while closing the other nostril and spray towards the sides of the nostril. Keep your head straight and breathe gently. Repeat the same process for another nostril if needed.
