Alupent 10 mg Tablet is used to treat symptoms of breathing problems, such as asthma and COPD. Asthma is a chronic (long-term) respiratory condition in which airways narrow, swell, and produce extra mucus, leading to difficulty in breathing.

Alupent 10 mg Tablet contains oriprenaline, which relaxes muscles and widens the airways of the lungs.

Some people may experience headache, nervousness, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, insomnia, diarrhoea, nausea, tremor, or drowsiness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Alupent 10 mg Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Alupent 10 mg Tablet is not recommended for children below 6 years of age. • Treatment of Asthma: Alupent 10 mg Tablet is used to relieve bronchospasm and help to control asthma symptoms, such as wheezing and shortness of breath.
• Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Alupent 10 mg Tablet improves lung function and reduces symptoms of COPD, such as coughing and shortness of breath, by increasing airflow.

• Alupent 10 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Alupent 10 mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.
