Amicline Plus Tablet is used to treat diarrhoea and dysentery. It may also help treat asymptomatic intestinal amoebiases such as loose stools, abdominal cramping, and stomach pain. Diarrhoea is a condition in which there is a frequent need to empty the bowels. It is characterised by loose and watery stools.
Amicline Plus Tablet contains Ornidazole (antiprotozoal) and Diloxanide (amoebicide). Ornidazole kills the bacteria by damaging its DNA, while Diloxanide kills the infection-causing micro-organisms by acting on the intestine. Together, Amicline Plus Tablet helps treat diarrhoea.
