AR-Ezy Duo Nasal Spray 70 MDI is used to treat allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose or watery eyes. AR-Ezy Duo Nasal Spray 70 MDI is a combination of two drugs: Fluticasone furoate (corticosteroid) and Azelastine hydrochloride (antihistamine/antiallergic). Fluticasone furoate prevents the release of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions. On the other hand, Azelastine hydrochloride works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Together, AR-Ezy Duo Nasal Spray 70 MDI provides relief from allergic symptoms.

Co-administration of desmopressin together with fluticasone may increase the risk of hyponatremia, a condition associated with low levels of salt in the blood.
