Your doctor may prescribe Azirop-LB Tablet to treat or manage several conditions, including:

• Respiratory tract infections: Azirop-LB Tablet helps clear bacterial infections of the lungs and airways, including bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis, and sinusitis.
• Ear and throat infections: This medication stops the growth of bacteria causing painful middle ear infections and strep throat.
• Skin and soft tissue infections: It targets and eliminates bacteria responsible for localised skin infections and abscesses.
• Prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhoea: The added beneficial bacteria help prevent the stomach upset and diarrhoea that often occur during antibiotic treatment.
   

Azirop-LB Tablet combines an antibiotic with a probiotic to treat susceptible bacterial infections while supporting the balance of beneficial bacteria in the gut.

• Treats Bacterial Infections: Azithromycin helps eliminate susceptible bacteria responsible for respiratory, ear, throat, skin, and other bacterial infections.
• Helps Relieve Infection Symptoms: As the infection improves, symptoms such as fever, pain, swelling, and discomfort may gradually subside.
• Supports Gut Health: Lactic acid bacillus helps replenish beneficial bacteria that may be affected during antibiotic treatment.

• Do not break, chew or crush Azirop-LB Tablet.

• Stay Well-Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, particularly water, to maintain hydration while recovering from an infection.
• Follow the Recommended Dosing Instructions: Do not change how or when you take the medicine without checking with your doctor or pharmacist.
• Choose Light Meals if Needed: If you experience mild stomach upset, choose simple foods and avoid very greasy or spicy meals.
• Get Adequate Rest: Allow your body sufficient rest and sleep while recovering from the infection.
   

• Complete the Prescribed Course: Take the medicine for the full duration recommended by your doctor, even if you start feeling better earlier.
• Do Not Share the Medicine: Never give this medicine to another person, even if they have similar symptoms, as antibiotics should be used only when appropriately prescribed.

• Report Persistent or Severe Diarrhoea: Contact your doctor if you develop severe, persistent, or bloody diarrhoea during or after treatment, as antibiotic-associated colitis can occasionally occur.
