Baclof OD 10 Tablet is used to reduce and relieve muscle spasms (muscles with too tight or stiff) occurring due to multiple sclerosis (a disease that affects the brain and spinal cord), stroke, cerebral palsy (a disorder that affects movement and posture), spinal cord problems, and other nerve-related disorders. A muscle spasm is a sudden and uncontrollable tightening of a muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable.

Baclof OD 10 Tablet contains Baclofen, which works on the brain and spinal cord to help relax tight or stiff muscles.

In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as feeling sleepy, nausea, headache, weakness, or a dry mouth. These side effects usually go away on their own over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects continuously.

Do not stop taking Baclof OD 10 Tablet suddenly, as it may cause serious side effects like muscle stiffness (rigidity), fast heartbeat, mood changes, mental disorders, fever, confusion, hallucinations, or fits (seizures). Talk to your doctor before using Baclof OD 10 Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Use Baclof OD 10 Tablet with caution in children under 16 years, as there is limited information about its safety in this age group.

Baclof OD 10 Tablet is used to reduce and relieve muscle stiffness and spasms. The detailed uses of Baclof OD 10 Tablet are as follows:

• Treatment of muscle spasms in cerebral palsy: Baclof OD 10 Tablet reduces excessive muscle tension and improves mobility.
• Management of spasticity in multiple sclerosis: Baclof OD 10 Tablet relieves painful muscle stiffness and improves daily function.
• Relief after cerebrovascular accidents (stroke): Baclof OD 10 Tablet reduces involuntary muscle spasms and improves limb mobility.
• Treatment of muscle tightness due to spinal cord diseases: Baclof OD 10 Tablet reduces muscle rigidity caused by spinal cord injuries or disorders.
• Support in other nervous system disorders: Baclof OD 10 Tablet provides relief from abnormal muscle tone caused by various neurological conditions.

• Baclof OD 10 Tablet can be taken with food or as directed by your doctor.
