Baryl-M Tablet belongs to a class of medication called anti-allergic medication and is used to treat allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, congestion, and watery eyes. Allergies happen when your immune system reacts to harmless substances called allergens, such as pollen, pet dander, or certain foods. Coughing helps clear these irritants from your airways.

Baryl-M Tablet contains two medicines: Montelukast and Bilastine. Montelukast reduces swelling, mucus, and tightness in the airways by blocking chemicals called leukotrienes. Bilastine blocks histamine, which causes allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and swelling. Together, they control both inflammation and allergic reactions to provide better relief.

Your doctor will tell you how often to take Baryl-M Tablet based on your condition. Some people may have side effects like nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, or weakness. These usually get better with time, but if they persist or worsen, talk to your doctor.

Tell your doctor if you are allergic to Baryl-M Tablet or other medicines, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have kidney or liver problems. Baryl-M Tablet is not for children under 12 years old. If you notice mood changes like depression or aggression, seek medical help immediately. Also, take Baryl-M Tablet at least 2 hours before or after indigestion medicines containing magnesium or aluminium, as they can reduce how well it works.

Baryl-M Tablet is used to treat allergic conditions by reducing inflammation and blocking allergy-causing chemicals in the body. It helps in the following ways:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and nasal congestion by blocking histamine, a chemical that causes allergy symptoms.

• Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: Prevents tightening of the airways during or after exercise, helping you breathe better while staying active.

• Baryl-M Tablet can be taken with or without food. However, avoid taking it with fruit juices, such as orange, apple, or grapefruit, as they may reduce its effectiveness.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Baryl-M Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Maintain a 2-hour gap between taking Baryl-M Tablet and indigestion remedies containing magnesium or aluminium, as these may reduce the absorption of Baryl-M Tablet .
