B-Cin 100 mg Tablet contains an antibiotic medicine, Balofloxacin, used to treat bacterial infections. The bactericidal action of B-Cin 100 mg Tablet results from interference with the enzyme DNA gyrase, which is needed for the synthesis of bacterial DNA. Balofloxacin is efficacious against Gram-negative bacteria. It also has enhanced activity against Gram-positive bacteria, including MRSA and Streptococcus pneumoniae.
Take B-Cin 100 mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take B-Cin 100 mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. You may experience vomiting, headache, dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea and abnormal liver function tests in some cases.
