Besvil-G 100 Octacaps Capsule 30's belongs to the class of medicines called 'respiratory stimulants,' primarily used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It contains Fluticasone furoate, Glycopyrronium, and Vilanterol. Fluticasone furoate is a corticosteroid that helps reduce swelling in the airways. Glycopyrronium (an anticholinergic) and Vilanterol (a bronchodilator/long-acting beta-agonist) help relax the airway muscles and open up the airways in the lungs, thereby making breathing easier.
