• Cough Suppression: Bilacad Dex Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml reduces the urge to cough by acting on the brain’s cough center.
• Allergy Relief: Bilacad Dex Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml reduce sneezing and runny nose.
• Nasal Congestion Treatment: Bilacad Dex Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages, improving breathing.

• Bilacad Dex Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml can be taken with or without food. However, taking it with food or milk may help reduce stomach upset. Avoid taking it with grapefruit juice.
• It is usually taken 3 times a day. However, follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.

Do not take Bilacad Dex Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml if you are allergic to any of the components in Bilacad Dex Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml, if you are taking Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (used to treat depression) or have taken them in the last 14 days if you are taking serotonin reuptake inhibitors (used to treat depression), if you have a respiratory failure or lung disease, or if you are using other sympathomimetic decongestants. Inform the doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, chronic bronchitis, emphysema or asthma, cough with a lot of mucus (phlegm) or cough for a few weeks if you are taking any other cough/cold medicines if you are/have ever been addicted to opioids, prescription medicines, alcohol, or illegal drugs if you have been told by the doctor that you are a slow metabolizer of CYP2D6 (an enzyme)  if you have suffered from withdrawal symptoms when you have stopped taking alcohol or drugs, or if you have closed-angle glaucoma or prostatic enlargement.
