Braclin 600mg Injection is an antibiotic medicine used in the treatment of bacterial infections like pneumonia, empyema, lung abscess, endometritis, nongonococcal tubo-ovarian abscess, pelvic cellulitis, intra-abdominal infections, septicaemia, and bone and joint infections. Braclin 600mg Injection contains 'Clindamycin' that works by preventing bacterial protein synthesis, leading to the inhibition of bacterial growth. It exhibits a bacteriostatic effect, which prevents bacterial reproduction.

Common side effects of Braclin 600mg Injection include stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, heartburn, skin rash, pain and swelling at the injection site, and vaginal itching or discharge.
