C-Colin-P Tablet

C-Colin-P Tablet is used to treat acute stroke. A stroke is a serious, life-threatening medical condition that happens when the blood supply to part of the brain is cut off.

C-Colin-P Tablet is a combination of Citicoline and Piracetam. Citicoline reduces the build-up of free fatty acids at the site of stroke-induced nerve damage. Piracetam protects the brain and nervous system against oxygen deprivation.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as weight gain, nervousness, diarrhoea, headache, muscle spasms, nausea, and vomiting. You are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience any of these side effects persistently.

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to C-Colin-P Tablet. Consult your doctor before taking C-Colin-P Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. C-Colin-P Tablet is not recommended for children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. • Reduces brain cell damage: C-Colin-P Tablet works by minimising neuronal injury during and after a stroke.
• Supports recovery: C-Colin-P Tablet may aid in improving neurological function and rehabilitation outcomes after a stroke.

• C-Colin-P Tablet can be taken with or without food, as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow C-Colin-P Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.

• Do not take C-Colin-P Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents.
• Also, avoid taking C-Colin-P Tablet if you have/had severe renal or hepatic impairment or cerebral haemorrhage (uncontrolled bleeding in the brain).
• Inform your doctor if you have an intracranial haemorrhage (bleeding within the skull), haemorrhage (bleeding problems), gastrointestinal ulcers, haemostasis (process to prevent bleeding), if you are due to have any major surgery or if you are taking anti-coagulant medicines.
• Consult your doctor before taking C-Colin-P Tablet if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery, as C-Colin-P Tablet can cause drowsiness, sleepiness, and shakiness.
• Avoid consuming alcohol with C-Colin-P Tablet as it could lead to increased sleepiness.
