Drug-Drug interactions: Calci Spray 60 mdi may interact with certain medicines used to treat mood disorders (e.g. lithium), medicines used to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism (e.g. etelcalcetide) and antiviral medications (e.g. foscarnet).

• Consume calcium-rich foods like milk, yoghurt, cheese, green leafy vegetables, fish with bones such as salmon, sardines, calcium-fortified cereals and orange juice.

• Exposure to sunlight helps synthesise vitamin D, essential for strong bones and muscles.

• Eating vitamin-D-rich foods such as egg yolks, salmon, oily fish like sardines, and mackerel.

• Indulging in regular exercise to prevent bone loss. Activities include brisk walking, dancing, jogging, and strength training exercises like lifting weights and using weight machines or elastic bands.

• Engaging in activities for stress relief, such as meditation and yoga.

• Preserving a healthy weight eases pressure on the bones.
