Cardexa 50 Tablet used to treat Hypertension (high blood pressure). The detailed uses of Cardexa 50 Tablet are as follows:

• Hypertension Management: Cardexa 50 Tablet is used to manage hypertension (high blood pressure), by reducing the risk of heart-related issues and complications.
• Cardiovascular Protection: Cardexa 50 Tablet provides cardiovascular protection by lowering blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
• Improving Blood Circulation: Cardexa 50 Tablet improves blood circulation, by benefiting various organ functions and overall health.
• Kidney Protection: Cardexa 50 Tablet helps to protect kidney function, particularly in patients with hypertension and diabetes.

• Cardexa 50 Tablet is a combination of three drugs, namely: Cilnidipine, Telmisartan, and Metoprolol which is used to treat hypertension.
• Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that acts on the calcium channels of the blood vessels and suppresses the contraction of blood vessels, thereby helps blood flow smoothly.
• Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, thereby relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure.

• Cardexa 50 Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive with caution.
• Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness.
• Rise slowly from lying/sitting position as Cardexa 50 Tablet may cause dizziness (orthostatic hypotension).
• Don't stop taking Cardexa 50 Tablet without consulting your doctor. Suddenly stopping the use of Cardexa 50 Tablet may cause changes in your heart rhythm and blood pressure, cause chest pain, or a heart attack. Your doctor will gradually lower your dose to help prevent these symptoms.
