About Cartigen 1500 Tablet
Cartigen 1500 Tablet is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected. It occurs as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue and cartilage surrounding the joints.
Cartigen 1500 Tablet contains Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride, a chondroprotective agent that alleviates the pain and swelling occurring in joints and muscles by stimulating the production of proteoglycans, a necessary component required to synthesise bone-shielding cartilage.
In some cases, Cartigen 1500 Tablet may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your physician if these side effects persist or worsen.
