Ceftrad-CV Tablet 10's is used to treat various bacterial infections in children, such as throat infections (pharyngitis, tonsillitis), Pneumonia, Bronchitis, urinary tract infections, skin, soft tissue infections, ear infections, etc. It contains Cefuroxime and Clavulanic acid, which prevent bacterial cell covering formation, which is necessary for their survival. Thus, it kills the bacteria. Also, it decreases bacterial resistance and enhances the activity of cefuroxime against the bacteria.
