Ciplox Eye/Ear Drop contains ciprofloxacin, which works by blocking the enzymes (DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV) that bacteria need to multiply. Thus, Ciplox Eye/Ear Drop kills bacteria and helps clear infections in the eyes and ears.
