About Ciprox Inj. I.V

Ciprox Inj. I.V is used to treat bacterial infections affecting the respiratory tract, ear, sinuses, urinary tract, genital tract, gastrointestinal tract, abdomen, bones, joints, skin, and soft tissues. It is also used to prevent or treat anthrax after suspected exposure and as initial treatment for patients with febrile neutropenia (a fever caused by a low white blood cell count).

Ciprox Inj. I.V contains Ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic with bactericidal properties. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell division and interfering with their ability to repair themselves. Thereby, Ciprox Inj. I.V kills the bacteria and clears the infection.

Ciprox Inj. I.V will be administered by a healthcare professional; do not self-administer it. Ciprox Inj. I.V may cause side effects such as injection site reactions, nausea, headache, diarrhoea, vomiting, restlessness, and rash. Please consult your doctor if any side effects persist or worsen.
