Clobkare-CS Ointment is used to treat psoriasis. Additionally, Clobkare-CS Ointment may also be used to treat seborrheic dermatitis. Psoriasis is a skin condition in which skin cells multiply up to 10 times faster than usual, leading to skin building up into bumpy (uneven) red patches covered with white scales.

Clobkare-CS Ointment is a combination of clobetasol, coal tar, and salicylic acid. Clobetasol works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Coal tar and salicylic acid help break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells, and soften the skin.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as a burning sensation, irritation, itching and redness at the site of application. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

Do not use Clobkare-CS Ointment if you have a skin reaction or irritation to any steroid medicine. Consult your doctor before using Clobkare-CS Ointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use Clobkare-CS Ointment in doses beyond the prescribed amount or on a large area of skin for a prolonged period. • Treats Psoriasis: Clobkare-CS Ointment helps reduce redness, scaling, and thickening of the skin associated with psoriasis by breaking down keratin clumps, removing dead skin cells, and reducing inflammation.
• Manages Seborrheic Dermatitis: Clobkare-CS Ointment helps control symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis such as flaking, redness, and itching on the scalp and other oily areas of the skin.
• Reduces Skin Inflammation: Clobkare-CS Ointment helps relieve redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort caused by inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema (atopic dermatitis).
• Improves Skin Appearance: By promoting the shedding of dead skin cells and softening the skin, Clobkare-CS Ointment helps improve the overall texture and appearance of the affected skin.

• Apply Clobkare-CS Ointment 2 to 3 times daily; however, follow your doctor's advice regarding the dosage and duration.
• Clean and dry the affected area. Apply Clobkare-CS Ointment directly onto the affected area and gently massage it in.
• Wash your hands after applying Clobkare-CS Ointment.

• Inform your doctor if you have/had skin reaction or irritation to any steroid medicine; if you have glaucoma, diabetes, adrenal gland disorder, lupus, sensitivity of the skin to light, kidney or liver disease.
• Consult your doctor before using Clobkare-CS Ointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use Clobkare-CS Ointment in more than prescribed doses or on a large area of skin for a longer duration, as it may cause adverse effects.
• Do not wrap or cover the treated area with a bandage unless advised by your doctor.
