Clogen 10 mg Tablet used in the treatment or prevention of oropharyngeal candidiasis. Oropharyngeal candidiasis, also known as oral thrush or candidiasis, is an opportunistic mucosal infection caused by the fungus Candida albicans in the majority of cases.
Clogen 10 mg Tablet comprises clotrimazole, which works by destroying the fungus that causes the infection. Clogen 10 mg Tablet damages the fungal cell membrane and causes the components to leak out, thus killing the fungus and curing the infection.
In some cases, Clogen 10 mg Tablet may cause nausea, vomiting, itching, and unpleasant mouth sensations.
