About Clotrin Mouth Paint
Clotrin Mouth Paint used in the treatment or prevention of oropharyngeal candidiasis. Oropharyngeal candidiasis, also known as oral thrush or candidiasis, is an opportunistic mucosal infection caused by the fungus Candida albicans in the majority of cases.
Clotrin Mouth Paint comprises clotrimazole, which works by destroying the fungus that causes the infection. Clotrin Mouth Paint damages the fungal cell membrane and causes the components to leak out, thus killing the fungus and curing the infection.
In some cases, Clotrin Mouth Paint may cause nausea, vomiting, itching, and unpleasant mouth sensations.
