About Collasmart-A Capsule

Collasmart-A Capsule belongs to the class of medications called nutritional supplements primarily used to reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis such as joint discomfort and pain. Aflapin and Undenatured Collagen type II are the two active components in Collasmart-A Capsule . When taken as a dietary mineral supplement, they reduce joint inflammation and pain. It also improves flexibility, physical performance, as well as joint movement.

Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.

Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones.
Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
Spend time under the sun (however with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
