Crenzlo Injection 1.5 ml contains Inclisiran, a PCSK9 inhibitor monoclonal antibody. It works by blocking PCSK9, a protein that regulates receptors on liver cells responsible for clearing LDL-C from the bloodstream. Inhibiting PCSK9 increases the number of LDL receptors, which lowers LDL-C levels and reduces the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases.

In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects like headache, dizziness, cough, bronchitis, diarrhoea, back pain, pain in a joint, or injection site reactions. The majority of these side effects may not require medical treatment and will subside with time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
