Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of the common cold and allergies (allergic rhinitis). The detailed uses of Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's are as follows:

• Relief from nasal congestion: Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's helps to relieve nasal congestion by reducing swelling in the nasal passages, easing breathing, and providing comfort from stuffiness.
• Decreasing symptoms of allergies: Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's can effectively work in alleviating allergy symptoms like a runny nose and sneezing, providing relief from common allergens.
• Reducing fever: Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's is also involved in reducing fever associated with colds and flu, providing relief and comfort.
• Easing sore throat symptoms: Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's provides temporary relief from sore throat discomfort, making swallowing and speaking easier.

• Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's is used to treat the common cold and allergy symptoms. It is composed of three medicines, namely, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Paracetamol.
• Cetirizine belongs to the class of antihistamines (anti-allergic drugs) that work by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions.
• It helps relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness.

• Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's can be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• ​​​​​​Wash your hands with soap and water regularly to prevent the spread of germs.
• Eat plenty of foods rich in good bacteria, like yoghurt, to improve overall health.
• Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
• Gargle with salt water for relief from a sore throat.
• Avoid alcohol consumption with Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's as it may cause tiredness, drowsiness, or lack of concentration.

• Do not take Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
• Avoid taking Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication) in the past 14 days.
• Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's.
• Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure,  kidney or liver disease, or coronary artery disease.
• Dolorgesic Total Tablet 10's may cause drowsiness and sleepiness, so it is advised not to drive a car or operate machinery unless you are alert.
• Consumption of alcohol should be avoided as it may lead to excessive drowsiness and sleepiness. 
• Keep your doctor informed about all other medications you are taking.
