About Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's

Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's is used to treat bacterial infections in children. It is used in treating skin, throat, ear, bones, urinary tract infections, and lung infections caused by bacteria. A bacterial infection occurs when harmful bacteria enter and grow in the body. This bacteria can infect any part of the body and multiply very quickly. This medicine is also used in the treatment of resistant tubercular infections. Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's effectively treats infections caused by bacteria only and does not treat viral infections like flu or a common cold.

Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's contains Linezolid belonging to the oxazolidinones class of drugs. It works by inhibiting the formation of the bacterial cell wall (a protective covering) and causing damage to the bacterial cell wall. This eventually leads to the death of the bacterial cell and thus prevents the growth of bacterial infections. 

Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's may cause certain side effects, such as indigestion, diarrhoea, nausea, metallic taste, vomiting, headache, and stomach pain. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your paediatrician. Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's should be given to your child as advised by your doctor. Do not give the child more than the prescribed dose of Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's. Directions for Use

• Dolzid-600 Tablet 10's can be administered with or without food as advised by the doctor.• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.• Check the label for directions before use. Shake the bottle well to loosen the powder and add water provided with this pack up to the mark on the bottle and shake well. Administer the prescribed dose using a measuring cup.• Use the reconstituted solution within the specified period on the label.

No specific side effects have been reported under these circumstances.
