• Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Dutatrass Tablet helps shrink an enlarged prostate, which relieves urinary symptoms such as weak urine flow, straining, and the frequent or urgent need to urinate.
• Prevention of Acute Urinary Retention (AUR): By reducing the size of the prostate, this medication lowers the risk of a complete block in urine flow, helping you avoid painful bladder blockages.
• Reducing the Need for Prostate Surgery: Long-term use of this medicine can help prevent the prostate from growing further, lowering the likelihood that you will require surgical procedures to treat BPH.

Dutatrass Tablet helps relieve urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate by improving urine flow and reducing prostate enlargement over time. By easing urinary difficulties, it supports greater comfort and improves quality of life.

• Helps Improve Urinary Flow: By relaxing the urinary tract and/or reducing the size of the enlarged prostate, Dutatrass Tablet helps improve urine flow, making urination easier and reducing straining.
• Reduces Frequent and Urgent Urination: Dutatrass Tablet helps decrease symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and nighttime urination, allowing for better sleep and greater comfort during daily activities.

• Dutatrass Tablet can be taken with or without food as advised by your doctor.
• It is usually taken once a day or as directed by the doctor.
• Swallow Dutatrass Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

Adopting specific habits can greatly improve your bladder comfort and support the action of your medication:

• Limit fluids before bed: Reduce your intake of water and other liquids two to three hours before bedtime to minimise nighttime trips to the bathroom.
• Avoid bladder irritants: Limit your consumption of caffeine and alcohol, as both can irritate your bladder wall and increase the urgency and frequency of urination.
• Practise double voiding: When you urinate, wait a moment, relax, and try to empty your bladder a second time to ensure it is completely empty.
• Stay physically active: Moderate, regular exercise like walking can help reduce BPH symptoms and support overall pelvic health.
• Avoid certain over-the-counter medicines: Talk to your doctor before taking decongestants or antihistamines, as these can make it harder to urinate.
   

• Handle with care: Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant must not handle this medication, especially leaking capsules, as the active substance can cause birth defects in male babies.
• Do not donate blood: You must not donate blood while taking this medicine and for at least 6 months after your last dose to prevent a pregnant woman from receiving the drug through a blood transfusion.
• Be patient with results: It may take 3 to 6 months of continuous use to notice a significant improvement in your BPH symptoms. Do not stop taking the medicine early without consulting your doctor.
• Inform before PSA testing: This medication can lower the results of a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test by about 50%.Always inform your doctor or lab technician that you are taking this medicine before undergoing a PSA test.
• Monitor breast health: Check your breast area regularly and report any lumps, pain, or unusual discharge to your doctor immediately.
