Ebclear 100/600 Tablet is primarily used to prevent and treat symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as shortness of breath, coughing, or wheezing. COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tubes).

Ebclear 100/600 Tablet is a combination of Acebrophylline and Acetylcysteine. Acebrophylline works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Acetylcysteine works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose.

Some people may experience diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, a runny nose, dizziness, heartburn, stomach pain, skin rash, drowsiness, and cool and moist skin. Most of these side effects of Ebclear 100/600 Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Take Ebclear 100/600 Tablet with or without food. Your doctor will recommend how often you take Ebclear 100/600 Tablet based on your medical condition. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break the medicine.

If you are allergic to Ebclear 100/600 Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Ebclear 100/600 Tablet is not recommended for use during pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, it is advised to inform your doctor before taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet . If you have hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), irregular heartbeats, viral infections, heart failure, asthma, high blood pressure, fits, gastric or duodenal ulcers, heart diseases, or kidney or liver insufficiency, inform your doctor before taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet .

• Severe skin reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (a serious and rare disorder of skin and mucus membranes) or toxic epidermal necrolysis (skin blistering or skin peeling) have been reported in some patients.
• If you notice any skin rash worsening with mucosal lesions or blisters, stop taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet and contact your doctor immediately.
• Do not take Ebclear 100/600 Tablet if you have a heart rhythm disorder that causes fast heartbeats.
• Avoid taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet if you have low blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, hemodynamic instability (unstable blood pressure), a heart attack, or kidney or liver diseases.
• If you have hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), irregular heartbeats, viral infections, heart failure, asthma, high blood pressure, fits, gastric or duodenal ulcers, heart diseases, or kidney or liver insufficiency, inform your doctor before taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet .
• Ebclear 100/600 Tablet is not recommended for children under 14.
• Regular monitoring of potassium levels is recommended while taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet as it may cause low potassium levels in the blood.
• Ebclear 100/600 Tablet is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
• If you are breastfeeding, it is advised to inform your doctor before taking Ebclear 100/600 Tablet .
