Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml is used in the treatment of severe keratitis (inflammation of the cornea) in adults. Also, it is used to treat dry eyes in patients whose condition has not been improved with artificial tears. A dry eye is a common condition that occurs when tears are unable to provide sufficient moisture. 

Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml contains Cyclosporine, which works by increasing tear production and decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye. 

Use Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml as prescribed by your doctor. Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml is only for use in eyes. You are advised to use Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience eye irritation, eye pain, watery eyes, itching in the eye, redness or swelling of the eyelid, and blurred vision using Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Please tell your doctor if you are allergic to Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml or any other medicines. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before using Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml. Avoid using Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml while you are wearing contact lenses. Drive only if your vision is clear, as Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml may cause temporary blurred vision immediately after applying. If you have or had an eye infection, inform your doctor before using Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml. 

• Ecomune Eye Drop 5 ml is typically used 1-2 times a day, or as prescribed by your healthcare provider, based on the severity of the condition.
• Before using eye drops, wash your hands thoroughly. Then, tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and drop the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye. Close your eye and gently press the corner of your eye near the nose for 1-2 minutes to prevent the drops from draining out.
• Avoid touching the dropper to any surface, including your eyes, to prevent contamination.
