To get the best results, you must take Elpa 25 Tablet 7's consistently every day exactly as directed by your doctor. You should take Elpa 25 Tablet 7's on an empty stomach, either at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating. Avoid consuming dairy products, calcium-fortified juices, or mineral supplements close to your dose, as they can stop your body from absorbing the medicine.
