Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension is an antiemetic medicine. It is used to treat vomiting (being sick) in infants and children. Besides this, it also helps in the treatment of indigestion. In children, vomiting is a symptom of milk intolerance or food allergy.

Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension contains domperidone which is a dopamine antagonist. It works by blocking certain receptors like dopamine and serotonin which stimulate the vomiting centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone – CTZ) located in the brain. It increases the upper gastrointestinal tract's motility and helps decrease stomach emptying time.

Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension cause dry mouth as a side effect in your child. If this side effect worsens, please consult your paediatrician. Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension should be given as advised by your doctor. Symptoms of nausea and vomiting may usually resolve within 3-4 days after taking Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension. However, if it does not resolve even after this, stop giving this medicine to your child and contact the paediatrician. Do not give more than the prescribed dose of Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension to the child. Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension can be given with or without food. The dose of the medicine will be decided by your pediatrician depending upon the type and severity of the infection.

Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension is intended for paediatric use only. Avoid giving Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension to your child if she/he is allergic to any of the components present in the formulation. Keep your doctor informed about your child’s health condition including his current medications and medical history to rule out any side effects/interactions. Before administration, inform your child’s doctor about liver and kidney disease.

• Endopace 1mg/ml Suspension should be administered 15 to 30 minutes before meals, or as directed by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Administer the prescribed dose to the child using the measuring cup/dosing syringe/dropper.
• Shake well before use.
